How do I get started with NoPuff?

Download NoPuff from the App Store, sign in with your Apple ID, and complete the onboarding quiz. The quiz takes about 2 minutes and helps us personalize your experience. You'll set your quit date, tell us about your vaping habits, and choose what motivates you most.

How does the AI Craving Coach work?

The AI Coach is available 24/7 and provides personalized support when you're experiencing cravings. Tap the Coach tab in the app to start a conversation. The coach learns from your check-in data and vaping history to provide more relevant advice over time. It can offer coping strategies, breathing exercises, motivational support, and distraction techniques.

How is my streak calculated?

Your streak counts consecutive days since your quit date or since your last recorded slip. The streak updates automatically at midnight in your local timezone. If you slip up, you can log it honestly in the app — your streak will reset, but your overall progress data is preserved. Every fresh start counts.

How is the money saved calculated?

During onboarding, you tell us your daily vaping spend. We multiply that by the number of vape-free days in your streak to calculate your total savings. You can update your daily spend amount in Settings if your habits were different from what you initially entered.

What is the SOS / Panic Button?

The SOS button is available from your dashboard when you're experiencing an acute craving. It provides a guided breathing exercise and quick access to the AI Coach. Breathing exercises are scientifically shown to reduce craving intensity. The idea is to ride out the craving — most cravings pass within 5-10 minutes.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your personal data. Health and vaping data is used only to provide app features. Community milestones are completely anonymous — no one can see who posted them. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Does NoPuff work without an internet connection?

Basic features like viewing your streak, savings, and health timeline work offline. However, the AI Coach, daily check-in sync, and community features require an internet connection. Your data will sync automatically when you reconnect.

Can I use NoPuff if I'm under 18?

NoPuff is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are between 13 and 17, we encourage you to use the app with a parent or guardian's knowledge. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your NoPuff subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find and tap NoPuff
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

If you don't see NoPuff in your subscriptions list, you may be signed in with a different Apple ID. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.

Option 1: In the App

  1. Open NoPuff and go to Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your streak history, check-in data, AI coaching conversations, and saved progress. This cannot be undone. Canceling your subscription separately is recommended before deleting your account to avoid being charged after deletion.
